I’ve paid for a gold membership that didn’t work out. Some profiles are fake and wasting your time finding real relationships to marriage.

Hidden day subscriptions 🙁 I think it’s terrible service that they advertise a 1 day boost as £2.99, when infact it renews and charges every day after until cancelled, didn’t find out till I got my bank statement, not fair on the user and puts me off using this site going forward. 🙁Clearly trying to fool people into an ongoing subscription. Very shady.

Not happy. Tried to set up account but seems very buggy and wouldn’t allow me to upload a photo and just kept going back to enter the code they send you via text even though it’s already been added. Deleting it now as a waste of time.

Scammers. I bought a 24 hours boost and I am still being charged even after deleting the account and the app. They show different ways of canceling the subscription(which should be cancel by default if it is a 24 hours boost) but none of those ways work. E-mailing them solves nothing. Stay away from this so called “free dating app”!!!

These guys do not protect your privacy and they don’t refund money. Worst experience ever. Total rip. Never come here.

Been on and off this site for the last year or so pre COVID. Terrible. Signed up, was all good. Went 6 months 7 matches. All fake. Went to the twilight zone and vanished. Geographical location where I am wasn’t bad match wise not an impressive amount of profiles to be honest but just the amount of fake profiles is staggering. I did pay on one occasion for a week. Luckily I turned the auto renewal off and didn’t get charged. One bit that is flawed is you cannot tell who is active and genuine and who is fake. I think a purge is in order.

This app is an absolute scam. I’m not a bad looking guy and I have had success on other apps like tinder… over the past month I have had about 12 matches and 6 conversations started. All 6 of which were initiated with a gif or a simple “hi”. Most of those initiations didn’t respond to my first message and a day or two later showed as “deleted user” in my inbox. There are no real women on this app. Or if there is… they are not active. I spent $20 on spotlights and got an extra 3 likes which did not turn into matches. Just stay away and don’t waste your money.

If I could give this app zeros stars I would. I paid $24.99 for a one month boost 4 days ago. Woke up this morning and my subscription has ended already. Now I have to see about getting my damn money back. I find this to be horrible especially since the dating scene has been difficult because of covid and money is tighter also because of covid.

Very disapointed by quality of customer service, as someone wrote below looked like child resposable for that. just sending authomatic response and hiding behind the words. The quality of folk is decreased a lot, seemed lot of fake profiles, scammers and catfishers.

Don’t purchase on this site it’s a rip off there are no matches they I give you in with their adverts but no matches/nobody real on the site it’s a scam. Don’t waste your money it’s a con
