Don’t use the customer care number doesn’t work and I’ll never go on this web dating website again I’m trying to figure out how to cancel my membership I’ve been advised others to do the same.

The complete site is a total scam. Once your CC is used, they will keep using it. Not one legit girl

I signed up for a one day trial for. 99 and cancelled after the one day. The crooks then attempted to charge me for a month. I had to contest it with my credit card company and threaten legal action before they would refund the fraudulent charge. The reason I cancelled after one day was it became obvious very quickly the so called members were just fake scammers trying to ripe people off. AVOID THIS SITE!

Kind of like all the fake profiles you get bombarding you. All they want is to take your money, and you get nothing in return except for probably some dude posing as a girl on the other side of the conversation you “might” have. I better get my money back from these useless slugs.

I wouldn’t give this dreadful website one star, but I don’t think I can give less than that. Do not touch. They are not speical and nor are the majority of the profiles. I joined as I read a poll for the best UK dating websites. Its comes out high. I cannot understand how. Whoever compiles those polls has got this very wrong. The cancellation process is dreadful. It’s all a trick and the only way they’ll get people to renew. There should be a law against what they do. Do not – I repeat do not use this website under any circumstance. You absolutely won’t find love and will just be badly, badly ripped off.

I won’t be renewing my subscription. Most of the women on there can never be bothered to text you even though they swiped right. Waste of money.

I tried this site out for a month. I had a few matches for the entire month even though I swiped right probably over a hundred times. I got an email from one of the matches and responded and then never heard from her again. I met another match in person and she happened to be a con artist who tried to steal from me. It is a complete waste of time. It may be fine for women but if you are a man try something else.

When will people WAKE up and realise “On line dating is a SCAM”, all of it, its like stupid women who get scammed out of thousands of pounds by west African scammers who just tell lies, claim their stuff is impounded at the airport, or need to pay customs fees! or they have been arrested and need bail money!! I know you might say just do not use them but if no one complains then they just go on and scam more people. So if my review save one person from paying this company then I am happy. The CEO of this company is a billionaire now and laughing all the way to the bank. The system is rigged

1 star is too much for this ite, you should be allowed to rate it the 0 stars it deserves. Read their privacy policy before you even think about signing up, what they can get away with is disgraceful, they should have to highlight their privacy policy in clear easy to see writing before tricking people to sign up. This is an awful app and an awful company, do not make the mistake that I did and read their privacy policy and then go to another dating app that doesn’t exploit their users information for revenue. Also avoid Badoo as they also own Badoo which is just as bad if not worse.

Does anyone know how you complain to this site higher senior management?? There are continuously taking money from my account on random occasions without my authorisation using my bank details stored. I have to continuously remove them. I have made several complaints where I receive random replies from random staff no one senior. The issue is completely disregarded. My bank has stated this fraud. It is extremely concerning that a company like this allow such fraudulent activity from staff with no moral compass. Please all be aware!!
